Poor working conditions in terms of work quality for employees and growth

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

Pros

None, probably just the free coffee in the kitchen area and the monthly free bagels haha as well as the architecture for public tours.

Cons

A bunch of intellectual arrogant idiots, nobody cares about the career development of postdocs at this institute. Poor communication between the faculty.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nobody cares about the employees.

Disapproves of CEO
