Fantastic "Sales to Management" Program!

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Buckeye International, Inc. full-time for more than 8 years

Pros* Comprehensive training and leadership
* Base salary, bonuses and expenses vs. commission structure
* Strong opp. for growth
* One is not stuck behind a deck all day
* Uncapped bonus structure

Cons* No cons, just word to the wise....

* One must be open to relocation to maximize their efforts. It is best to know that going in.
* The selling skills, products and demonstrations must be learned and applied correctly

Advice to Senior Management* The management I have been exposed to has great leadership, class, integrity and professionalism
* They have taught me how to grow in the right direction!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Buckeye International, Inc.

Pros: I was worried about this being my first sales job, but I was trained on the products and how to sell them. The bonus… Cons: I was new to sales and took time to learn… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

underpaid and underappreciated

Sales Representative (Former Employee)

I worked at Buckeye International, Inc.

Pros: Very good experience. Good training program. Challenging Cons: Underpaid, lack of leadership. They don't give you any kind of CRM model or anything and don't teach you how… Advice to Senior Management: The turnover wouldn't be so high if you just paid… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
