    Good money, for the work

    Pros

Management is well-trained, and growing business means more customers in the door. Corporate is clearly working hard to ensure all staff is on the same page, and this is reflected in their floor staff training programs. Opportunity for advancement for servers by becoming trainers, which has good perks. Good money in a fast-paced sports bar!

    Cons

Typical restaurant work drama, but good management makes this seem like one of the better restaurant chains to work for. Sometimes sales requirements are a little annoying.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to really envision how your servers sound offering 6+ items to a table. Servers feel like they are bullying their tables into buying more- 3 item push should be the absolute max. Let's be real, if they didn't want an appetizer, or an upsell on their food, or another drink, they probably don't want dessert, or a bottle of sauce, or a gift card, or to participate in the Coke promo. Servers should be allowed to pick and choose what is sold to each table, depending on the vibe.
