    Pros

BW3's can be a fun place to work when it's with the right people. When it is busy, time flies by. If something comes up and you found a person to work for you, you can usually get off. They are also pretty easy going when it comes to school and/or other jobs.

    Cons

I do wish that they pay their Bartenders more. I know of many other places that they usually make a few more dollars an hour. Bartenders do have more responsibilities so why shouldn't we be paid more?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I know a few managers like to wear their emotions on their sleeves. Just because you are having a bad day doesn't mean you have to reflect that to your employees. It's nice when you know the manager is in a good mood since things tend to run smoother. You also need to make sure that all your managers are on the same page with all discussions. Making cuts properly, meals, etc..

    Pros

As a server, you can expect your pay to roughly correspond to fluctuations in sports seasons, depending on where you live. I worked in a college town, so game days always brought in a lot of people, and created a need for fast-pace service and generally comes with good tips. Everything is easy to carry and deliver, and clean up is usually pretty fast and easy. No need to learn fancy wine names or how to pronounce hundreds of ingredients. They keep it pretty simple.

    Cons

Being a sports restaurant/bar, BWW predictably has its fair share of sexism, testosterone-driven outbursts, and favoritism. My manager in particular was bent on maximizing business, and wasn't afraid to do it at the expense of his employees feelings or concerns.
