I have been working at Build.com full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Flexibility and a real "work hard/play hard" attitude. It's refreshing to be able to work at a place where I am treated like an adult.

Cons

Advancement gets toted as a common thing but doesn't happen quite as often as what its claimed to be

Advice to Management

The company is amazing when it comes to how it should treat employees. I would suggest, bottle that mojo and sell it to other companies looking to grow.

    Pros

Great career advancement for devoted employees with an agile way of thinking and a confidence to achieve.

    Cons

Great Company with unlimited potential. I don't have any complaints.

    Advice to Management

I would encourage leadership to lead by example and be more transparent with income potential in levels. This encourages both a goal to achieve and a means/level of getting there.
