I worked at Building Educated Leaders for Life

    Pros

-Going to site (the school you are placed at) is the best part of the day because you see the scholars!
    - Meeting new families and building great relationships
-Seeing the students make a transformation from the beginning of the program till the end

    Cons

-Too much politics in the office
-People don't work cross-functionally as they profess they do
-When a project isn't complete or something goes wrong, the blame game is not far behind

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Practice what you preach. Let the 5 core values( Respect, Empowerment, Sacrifice,Quality and Courage) come alive in the office setting and not just at sites.
