ProsThis position allows for very flexible hours and generous hourly pay. I received my own desk, computer, etc. Very friendly co-workers and casual work environment.

ConsNo room for advancement. Almost too laid back. Little supervision and guidance.

Advice to Senior ManagementI do not have much interaction with management.
