Great People

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsThere are a few people in leadership roles that have a vision for growth, but some are less interested as they near retirement. This leads to a strange environment at times where you feel like the company is growing but somehow fresh ideas get stifled and poor business decisions make it difficult to scale correctly. Overall, good people, but it's a small company and policies seem to change daily. This is mostly due to the owner's indecisive nature. He is a great boss who understands his industry very well, but often makes more missteps then good calls when it comes to reinvesting in the company. He is also nearing retirement which makes the future of this company uncertain.

ConsUncertain future despite recent growth.
