I worked at Burger King full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great management and customer service for entry level management.

    Cons

Working with high school students and angry customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This is a great entry level position to prove you can do hard work and learn how to effectively work with the public. Be sure to take the time to effectively train all team members in job duties, food safety and customer service. Rotate team members in positions, drive through can be overwhelming during the lunch hour and during the winter.
