Not bad, way too political

Assistant Manager (Former Employee)
Kitchener, ON (Canada)

I worked at Burger King full-time for more than 5 years

Prosgreat people, good learning tools, great training program, good benefits, easy to do, the food was good, met some great friends

Consthe people promoted were not the best qualified, it all depended on who you knew regardless of the quality of your work

Advice to Senior Managementpay more attention to the overall picture
