I have been working at Burlington Coat Factory part-time for more than a year
Pros – you can get hrs if they like you
Cons – they do not give enough hrs to the associates who actually work
Advice to Senior Management – judge an associate on there work ethic not on how they relate to coworkers
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
