I have been working at Burlington Coat Factory full-time for less than a year

Pros

Not a difficult job. Easy going management

Cons

No undercover operations, should be considered a security job rather than loss prevention position. Lp policies should be revised. Company does not offer much payroll or benefits.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase the pay rate. Look at other company LP policies and revise the Burlington ones.

I have been working at Burlington Coat Factory part-time for less than a year

    Pros

If you need just a job

    Cons

Disorganized warehouse, monotonous drudgery hanging, tagging and sensoring. Not allowed up front without specific permission.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I asked to go to the bathroom to take care of thing, went to break room for my bag first, then receiving mgr. came to ask what I was doing in there when I took "too long." I told her. No breaks and no lunch till mgr calls it when table of clothes are tagged and hung. Two 15 min breaks not allowed to leave bldg and lunches 30 mins and 1 min over you're given pts off. Too strict and treat workers like children.
