Low pay, Low Morale, high demand, and high stress

I have been working at Burlington Coat Factory part-time for more than a year

ProsAssociate discount, friendly coworkers. Provides some income.

Consminimum wage, no benefits, reduced hours, unsanitary conditions, rude customers, inadequate staff, favoritism, inadequate break schedules, questionable business practices,just a bad place to work overall

Advice to Senior ManagementQuarterly performance reviews, better training, employee only restroom, benefits for all associates, timely rewards given, Store activities (Bowling, Softball, etc.), Hazard pay to receiving associates, and increase starting pay to $8.00/hour

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
