ok job to "fill in" then get a better job

Merchandise Team Associate (Current Employee) Amarillo, TX

ProsFlexible Hours
Environment can be relaxing at times
Weekly Pay

ConsWorkload is horribly balanced, Too few employees with too few Hours
Very Fast Turnover Rate.
Managers screw around with the schedule to much, then scold you for their screw ups.
"tattle tell" environment.
Pay Sucks
If you ask for a day off even months in advance, you probably wont get it anyways

Advice to Senior ManagementManagers, Let employees work instead of having to constantly butt into everyone's business by either screwing up schedules, getting other employees to tattle tell, etc.... Your job is to keep the employees happy, not to try to upset them.
