If you like lots of staff turn over this is the place for you.

Sales Associate (Former Employee)
Raleigh, NC

ProsThe senior staff is very helpful and can be very informative of other departments. The staff as a whole do their best to keep the store shopable, and the flow of merchandise is always being refreshed by the merchandise team. Weekly pay checks.

ConsThe management needs to be trained in management skills, there also needs someone to really train newly hired staff. Burlington expectation of staff is not reasonable, there are many projects thorough out the store that are started and very rarely totally completed. The Management team say one thing but something else is done, schedules are changed with hardly any notice no time for family, sick, vacation,

Advice to Senior ManagementMore training for newly hired/and department transfers,be honest with staff about pro and cons of performance and what needs to be done in work area. Be more involved with all aspects of day to day operations of the store. BE Consistent and Fair regardless of who it is.
