I have been working at Burlington Coat Factory full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good compensation and 401K plan.

    Cons

Better communication. Training. Cheaper medical and dental insurance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to establish a training position within the stores. Could even be a recruiter/trainer that assists with interviews and the on-boarding process.

I have been working at Burlington Coat Factory full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

My co-workers are awesome! The compensation is competitive. A decent work/life balance. A good regional team to support the stores.

    Cons

Lack of training programs. Insurance premiums are very high. Payroll is low causing short staffing throughout the week (most payroll is allocated to the weekends).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A training associate position needs to be created to assist in the interview, on-boarding, and training of new hires. Give the store payroll support so that we can have the customer service environment that we hear about and are graded on each day.
