Pros

Co-workers were great, I still have a friend I met while working there.

Cons

Management has no clue what is going on, lots of back stabbing, low hours and changing schedule without notifying you.

    Pros

Community setting, working with good people, getting to learn new things and interact with every kind of person. Weekly pay, able to bounce around from department to department, accessible management.

    Cons

Low pay, distant corporate office that does not have pulse of people on the ground. Best opportunities to advance seem to include sacrificing your personal life for the company, and working long hard hours with little gratitude. Hard staying motivated knowing that all your hard work is not doing much to make the world a better place, but is simply making money for people in suits. Same old thing, day after day, a lot of the time. Not much changes in the ways you would like it too.

    Advice to Management

Really honestly truly care about the people beneath you, and remember that that was you a few years back. Make sure they know you have their back.

    Pros

It has great coworkers. They make me laugh sometimes and that boosts my mood and makes me work faster, cause after hours of silence and boredom I move slower. It has a good work environment. It allows 2 breaks per shift with one for 30 minutes and another for 15 minutes.

    Cons

They make you work pretty hard for such a low pay. They barely recognize the great work you have done. There is a chance that you'll be singled out by your manager(s) or coworkers (cause I have been). The hours are good for one week and then the next week they aren't that good. One week I had 31 hours and another week I had 16.

    Advice to Management

I advise that the manager(s) keep their word when they offer another position to their employees.
