Pros

Very healthy company. Great coworkers. Great compensation. Profit sharing. Awesome retirement (stock). Well connected and energetic CEO.

Cons

None to speak of. Very good company to work for. Base salaries are on the low end of the spectrum, but year end bonuses make up for that.

I have been working at Burns & McDonnell full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Company culture, pay + bonus is very competative, they treat interns very well, they treats employee owners very well too. Lots of opportunity to work on various projects and clients. Work environment is better than most companies I have worked.

    Cons

There is a sales aspect to the company that is not very innovative. HQ is very old fashion and regional offices are kept from growing too fast to avoid taking too much credit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sr. Management is not bad, a bit disconnected from other areas of the company not doing so well.
