ProsESOP! The ESOP is the greatest motivator or this company. For outsiders its hard to believe or understand that a stock program can motivate or even shape the culture of a corporation, but this one does and for the better. If you stick it out you will retire very happy.

ConsExtremely high expectations and there can be long work weeks. Although your efforts will not go unrecognized, usually.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more transparent with possible career paths and voice to the employees if they are on track with their plan.
