    Pros

Burson-Marsteller provides an exciting, dynamic environment with broad regional and local opportunities across a diverse range of clients. A great place to work.

    Cons

As with every agency, the work gets a bit boring after a while. The PR work gets mundane and resourcing is often an issue It's difficult to get a work life balance and the pay isn't great for the hours put in.

    Advice to Management

Reward staff financially with benefits and bonuses.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great people. In my experience, pretty laid back culture, but also serious about work. They were also very understanding and accommodating. Great at making u feel like you're a part of the team

    Cons

While laid back, culture is also traditional in many ways. Depends on which department you are in. Also depends on who you are. If you don't mind traditional then you'll be fine.
