I worked at Burson-Marsteller full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great exposure to clients, good support internally and access to educational material.

    Cons

Limited progression internally, not necessarily based upon merit and favoritism prevails in certain circumstances over a meritocracy. Fairly low salary on a comparative scale to other agencies/sectors in the greater London area.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide broader opportunities for the middle ranks or risk a brain drain of senior staff.
