Current Employee – been working at C.H. Robinson Worldwide

Pros – With CHR you set your own career path. If you don't like your job or your current responsibilities, take it upon yourself to learn something new and make yourself more valuable to your team. This will allow you to chose your destiny. This company will not hand positions to people strictly based on seniority. Prove your worth, show personal driver and determination, and you will be taken care of.

Cons – CHR is not a 40 hour a week job (if anyone says it is, they're not being truthful). This applies to management, carrier sales, customer sales, etc. Finding a work life balance seems to be a common theme in which people say they're unhappy, but I'd rather work for a very stable company and figure out the work life balance than work in a position with uncertain longevity.
