I have been working at C.H. Robinson Worldwide

Pros – The Benefits are really good.

Cons – Branch managers are horrific. They were "good" sales people and so they were promoted, but generally know nothing about running a business or managing people. Branch managers are often the least professional, and the most offensive people in the branch.

The pay is 1/2 or less than the pay for an equivelant position in a similar company.

You are paid poorly even for a for a 40 hour work week, but then commanded to work 50 or more with no additional compensation, and forget about over time. They intentionally mis-classify employees so that they can tell them that they are not eligible for over time pay.

Your job will be your life. If you like to work and sleep but nothing else, this is the perfect place for you.
