I have been working at C.H. Robinson Worldwide full-time

    Pros

The upper management make a lot of money so if you have been around for a long time then you are probably making good money. You may also get lucky and get handed an account if you are being extremely unethical, or have built a side relationship with someone with the ability to hand you and account.

    Cons

Low pay, very difficult to advance career, politics run wild at the company, terrible resume builder, people who are making good money get stuck in a routine where they end up buying a house or expensive car and find themselves stuck at the company because they can't make the same amount anywhere else. Also work hours are extremely terrible. There is no overtime and everyone works at the very least 9 hours a day and often times on Saturday's as well. When you try to leave at 5pm you get a look like you are doing something wrong.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start paying Account Managers and operations groups more. You are a 10 billion dollar company with no assets. Also, in times where you are laying people off like crazy, do not come to company parties and takes limos out on the town for your private after parties when your other drunk employees are driving home unsafely.
