I worked at C.H. Robinson Worldwide full-time for more than a year

Pros

I had a great boss, and good opportunity to learn about different divisions of the company. There are rewarding technology projects to work on in the IT department.

Cons

Sometimes IT management is a little bureaucratic and makes you jump through unnecessary hoops.

Get more casual with your dress code, if people can earn stickers to wear jeans and a Vikings sweatshirt on any day the stricter dress code doesn't matter for the rest of us.

I worked at C.H. Robinson Worldwide full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

C.H. Robinson can be picky about tyhe people they hire, so the people they do hire are usually good co-workers.

    Cons

Logistics is obviously a very time sensitive industry, so it is naturally a high stress job. 50 hours+ a week is standard. Many workers also have to log in at home to keep up with the work load. Taking a day off is almost not worth it, because when you get back, you will be buried in e-mails and work. Also, career advancement can be limited, unless you move the HQ in Minneapolis, MN
