Consyou're never gonna "love where you work". i had asked for help from my direct boss, his boss and from HR about me getting demotivated to come to work, and their only suggestion was to "come to work". no wonder their attrition rate was so high.

Advice to Senior Managementto reach your business goals, you have to take care of your people.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
