Pros

hmm...uhh...let me think...still thinking...free water. good air conditioning. cute trainer. oh! you'll meet new friends to apply with for your next job!

Cons

you're never gonna "love where you work". i had asked for help from my direct boss, his boss and from HR about me getting demotivated to come to work, and their only suggestion was to "come to work". no wonder their attrition rate was so high.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

to reach your business goals, you have to take care of your people.
