just finished week 3 of customer service training medicare advantage

Prossupervisors seem genuine, trainers, supervisors and ops manager are friendly approachable.

Consa lot of material covered and no review . I've failed every quiz for week three, and its making me pretty apprehensive.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Pros: Based on your scores and any KODOS from a customer or client, the supervisor or manager would let you spin "their" wheel for prizes.
