location. naive local people. best of all, I've been working here for so long, I feel stuck.

Cons

low compensation - even after so many years, management is lack in recognizing REAL good employees. CA seems to have just recently got out of shell of this big size but small mindset company as it begins to 'consider' caring its employees for the first time in so many years.

Advice to Senior Management

be on my shoe. you guys are earning millions. I know you have more at stakes but I have a family to raise. How would you do that with such a small money you decide me to get? try spend a few weeks as me and you will feel the pain. and you will stop telling me to say 'I am CA'.
