Packages and benefits are extremely good compared with other employers
Cons
Senior management ability to envision long term strategies and their ability to communicate that to employees. It is a dinosaur that still does things like 20 years ago, and luckiliy for it, their customers do not have options.
Advice to Senior Management
Be creative, innovative, invest more in marketing and wake up to create the future not to get one more dollar of mainframe
