I have been working at CA Technologies full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGood work-life balance
Remuneration is close to market standard
Open culture
Most of the employees are 7 to 10 years working in CA, that I guess speaks about the organizations outlooks towards its employees

ConsBureaucracy
No much lateral growth under the Sales BU; wherein people with technical background and role have wide lateral opportunities.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to break the shackles of internal bureaucracy, more transparent in communication to employees.
