    Pros

CA had good compensation in the past. CA has a very good technical staff.

    Cons

Over the years many benefits have been taken away like the stock purchase plan, success plans (MBOs), rolling vacation days, sick day accumulation, education benefits reduced, monetary recognition programs, customer appreciation events, internal transfers, and promotions. CA has let their most talented people leave through layoffs and attrition.

    Advice to Management

Promote loyalty with employee programs (cross training), reducing turnover, and satisfying customers.
