CA Technologies – “The old ways die hard.”

Pros

Above average salary for my position. There are some very sharp and hard working rank and file employees at CA.

Cons

No opportunity to create real change. All the very sharp and hard working employees are constantly at risk of being shown the door if they ever point out the moronic choices made by management.

Advice to Senior Management

When the board replaces John Swainson they need to also replace all the people who report to him...and all the people who report to those people. Real change is not possible until this happens.
