    Pros

Great challenges and online free training is provided.

    Cons

Although CA renamed itself, and promotes it has changed it's culture, it still has not changed its ways. The company lacks integrity from within. It maintains the old school mentality and poorly represent a global corporate IT company in 2014. High turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do what you say and gain some integrity. Get your corporate environment in the now and leave the past culture by the wayside. Your employees are your best asset, treat them as such.

    I worked at CA Technologies

    Pros

Salary is mostly decent for the amount of work done/expected.

    Cons

Regional sales management is like a bunch of little kids goofing off all day. There is too much playing favorites to benefit people without the skill to be in management roles. In fact, some regional sales VPs and marketing VPs don't have the skill for their jobs but knew the right people to be "promoted" into their roles.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A lot of the stooges have been shown the door. Now it's time to get rid of the rest.
