I have been working at CA Technologies full-time

Pros

Company will be growing quite a bit over the coming months which gives a lot of opportunities within a large company structure

Cons

too many shifts in direction that often creates a lack of understanding in focus areas. If you are willing to work in a large company with a start up pace then you will fit in well.
