CACI International Programmer Analyst in Norfolk, VA:   (Past Employee - 2008)

Pros

If you are desperate for a job and there is nothing in the fast food industry available. Or if you love dealing with incompetance - then CACI is the place for you!

Cons

People have to die or retire so others can advance. Or be caught in a torture scandal. Especially avoid Norfolk branch unless you are fond of asbestos and roaches.

Advice to Senior Management

Man up, respect your staff, lose the 'desperate for work' stigma.
