Pros

Quick response times during the interview and hiring process. The cost of benefits is very low for full time employees. The amount of time needed to become vested in the 401(k) is only three years. In my division there is a six month review during which time if your performance is good your initial salary will be raised. Most companies wait a full year to renegotiate salaries. There is quite a bit of freedom to do your day to day job with out too much upper level interference.

Cons

The opportunity to move between jobs is not as quick as I have heard at other companies.

Keep up the management and stay away from the micro-management.
