CACI International – “Not great, not so bad”
Pros
Great starting pay, local management very supportive. Consistent hard work is recognized and rewarded. Customer feedback is incorporated into annual reviews. Spot awards and recognition are given out regularly.
Cons
No investment in infrastructure or training of personnel. No attempt to retain key employees. No incentive to stand out as 4% increase is standard across the board. Incompetence is rewarded with the same increase as outstanding achievement. Only significant increases are awarded with title change, which leaves you underpaid for your new title. No money invested in key training such as certifications, capture management, program management. CBT program leaves much to be desired. Such a focus on compliance that growth of business is restricted.
Advice to Senior Management
We do not need another SVP to resolve purchasing and subcontracting issues. We need line workers who will be well compensated and not have to take work home every single night and weekend. Ease up on the management investment and hire some worker bees to get the work done.
