CACI International – “CACI a brief review.”

Pros

Due to the size of the organization, CACI makes it easy to move from one project to the next. They are also a big government contractor so the stability of the projects are often very good.

Cons

Quality of management varies from project to project. The one I was on was with the Tobacco litigation project in conjunction with the DOJ. The management was HORRENDOUS to say the least. Favoritism, cronyism and any other type of 'ism' you could come up with was rampant. On September 11, 2001, while sitting a couple of miles from both the White house and the Pentagon, we were told if we leave early, it would have to come out of our vacation time.

Advice to Senior Management

Consider a 360 review process for project managers to see how they are perceived by their direct reports.
