I have been working at CACI International full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Great to work for with great salary, benefits and corporate communications. They continously
survey employees and then report the results back to employees.

Cons

Often new employees are only given 2% raises after the first year, despite great professional reviews from their local bosses. CACI primarily works on government contracts that can be ended suddenly, or downsized without much warning.

    Pros

    Good environment for a typical large gov contractor. Our VPs and Directors made the difference.

    Cons

    Like most gov contractors, you're not going to be highly compensated compared to the real world.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Put a higher value on higher technical performers and compensate accordingly. Establishing a meaning technical career progressing that doesn't graduate to being a people manager.
