Pros

Good opportunities for the right skills.

Cons

Upper level management tend to stick to established principles which in some cases, do not apply to the real situation. They lost a vital contract because they would not listen to their mid level managers.

Advice to Management

    Pros

Great to work for with great salary, benefits and corporate communications. They continously
survey employees and then report the results back to employees.

    Cons

Often new employees are only given 2% raises after the first year, despite great professional reviews from their local bosses. CACI primarily works on government contracts that can be ended suddenly, or downsized without much warning.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and thanks for hiring me!
