CACI International – “CACI INC Nice place to work , but not to advance.”

Pros

CACI is a nice place to work. People are nice. Hours are good. My work is interesting. I get decent pay and great benefits. The CEO actually cares about the company.

Cons

CACI has too much paperwork (due to working with DOD). There is no room for advancement. Expect to be bugged about doing time sheets. Very hard to get materials or supplies (other than office supplies). Absentee management.

Advice to Senior Management

Reduce paperwork. Make it easier to get supplies. Ease up a bit on timesheets.
