Pros

Plenty of I.T. contracts within the company, may have an opportunity to switch from one to another

Cons

Compensation is weak and there are no bonuses (for contract employees). Annual cost of living adjustment (based on performance appraisal) is weak.

Advice to Senior Management

Record profits, yet poor cost of living adjustments and no bonuses for contract employees is discouraging.
