CACI International – “Not a good fit”
2 of 2 people found this helpfulPros
Relationships at the employee level are pretty good. Work hours are good as there seems to be no expectation that you'll work any extra hours "off the books" in order to keep your job.
Cons
Pay for this type of work and for this area are well below par. Management treats employees as disposable commodities and take no real interest in their well-being or professional development. This could be limited to my direct supervisor and the program I'm working on, but this is not a healthy environment.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay your employees what they're worth, especially when the location is in a high-cost area. Don't treat employees as throw-away. If you have a legitimate issue with the way your customer treats an employee, don't sacrifice that employee for the sake of political goodwill. It weakens your relationship with the customer and destroys the employees' morale.
