Pros

Great management, benefits, and bonus structure. Great network of opportunities if contract expires, or is outbid. Good employee referral bonuses.

Cons

Work experience is very dependent on the contract. Some offer opportunities for advancement while others don't. Currently they are not offering merit raises due to the economy.

CACI finds the line where one crosses ethical boundaries, and stands one thin hair above it

    Pros

There are some good people who work hard here.....but they don't matter to upper mgmt.

    Cons

They se their people as nothing more than a number. There are many looking to leave CACI as they are constantly being told their ;position may be in jeopardy. I've never worked at a company that so thoroughly mentally and emotionally torments such a huge portion of it's employees....they intentionally create stress and consider such a motivational tool. They are losing business by literally walking away from opportunities, they hire inexperienced unqualified people to do the jobs of senior personnel they let go all in a cost move....then wonder why they're losing business. Most employees don't know the direction of the company and the company would rather lay you off than explain and train a dedicated workforce. To CACI, it's only sbout "what are you doing for me for?"....no vision, no long term planning, no foresight what so ever

    Advice to Management

Realize that people are more than just a column on a debit spreadsheet, treat them with respect and inform them of any direction the company may have,,,if there is one. People can make or break a company, and this company seems broken.....no shattered night be better when you talk about employees

    Pros

    Good co-workers, quality employees.

    Full benefits, paid for tuition.

Salary was slightly higher than peers in similiar positions within the area.

    Cons

Contract work - Claim to hire for a career, but little serious effort to help find work once contract is over.

Driven by defense spending. As this has shrunk, so have jobs.

    Advice to Management

Reduce profit concerns, focus on increased market share to build business.
