Pros

Individual people are great to work with.

Cons

Annual organizational re-org - shuffle the deck, throw out some cards, and pick some new ones up.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Organization is a machine - relationship between employer and employee is strictly mercenary.

    I have been working at CACI International full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Pay is pretty good on average with any other jobs that related in your job field, No one hanging over your shoulders

    Cons

    No guidance from management , and no One I mean No one communicates with each other, Higher level management to lower levell management , Seems like no one recognizes the people that actually gets the work done in this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Tell upper management to get off there high horse and Communicate !!!!

    - Movement within the company is welcomed.

    - Progression within a contracted position is limited.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Position advancement within a contract is typically a good thing unless the personnel being advanced does not posses the knowledge and skill for the new position. It brings down morale.
