Pros

I like my line of work and I get freedom to implement my ideas. Management will back you on decision if you keep them updated. I personally have not seen any politics at work

Cons

Sometimes management is a bit stingy but most of them are pretty upfront. Salaries are adequate but not outstanding. Work hours can be long (depending on the project)

Advice to Management

Try to do a better job of keeping employees updated with technology. Need more training. People need more flexibility to work from home
