I have been working at CAE full-time for more than a year
Pros – Steady job, good benefits, flexible scedule, open space at the healthcare buildin. this compagny is one of the world leader in term of healthcare simulation.
Cons – Slow moving compagny... It is also difficult to communicate and collaborate with our collegues who are working on different projects. We dont really know what can be our future here....
Advice to Senior Management – Upper management is an exception in term of stability: people are moving all the time.
