    Pros

flexible work hours, decent pay for students who are working and going to school, understanding about being busy because of school

    Cons

sometimes can be boring, too many rules in place by the state government about what student assistants are allowed to do and see

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should look into giving student assistants raises if they are with the company for more than a two years or so.

Hours work around schedule, supervisors are friendly as long as you do your work, there are plenty of fellow employees that can pick up a shift if necessary, free meals

Minimum wage, raises start after 250 hours and are capped at $0.30, slight drama between coworkers
