    Pros

    Paycheck arrives every two weeks. Set hours. No weekends. Some supervisors are more willing to help and answer questions than others.

    Cons

    In general, very repetitive and the job becomes extremely boring. Job is production based and seems to have a quantity over quality of work mentality which promotes a self interest work environment rather than a team. Job security is non existent with threatening emails regarding production the norm. Extremely high turnover rate. Training is minimal with expectations at a maximum.

    Advice to Management

    Value quality over quantity. It will set you apart from competitors. Simplify the design and display of specifications to make them more user friendly thereby increasing productivity.

    Pros

    Work is interesting,you gain alot of skills/ Company has potential with Management changes

    Cons

    Management or lack there of. Overload in work flow with no positive reinforcement. PRU department needs new middle management who actually manages,and knows what they are doing.

    Advice to Management

    Stop acting like you are the bullies in highschool and pay attention to your jobs ,they are too busy cracking jokes on floor and delegating their duties onto everyone else and then taking credit for it, then disappearing for you to manage things and then reprimand you because they didn't think of the idea themselves. Management often plays head games with employees to humiliate and chop them down to make it impossible for anyone to advance in fear that someone will move up to their position. They are a bunch of clowns who do not know anything about business , having no professionalism and no class. They often play head games pinning employees against each other causing argument and then writing on their reviews they need attitude adjustments instead of looking at the hard work they have been doing. They suck the motivation out of you. Pointing out peoples weaknesses and then humiliating them as a human being is not how you run a company and is a major human resources issue . My advice is clear the floor of middle Management ,start new with people with a strong business sense,professionalism and class that actually motivate employees and actually give credit to the hard working people and reprimand the people who don't do their jobs! Lead by example! If middle Management is constantly disappearing off the floor where no one can find them for hours then how are you going to run a productive company?
