“Very Employee Oriented, fun place to work”
Current Employee – been working at CARFAX, Inc.
Pros – flat organization provides access to top management. Very personal.. Everyone knows everyone else. Minimal bureaucracy. Fast decision making. On cutting edge w.r.t technology implementation.
Cons – Flat organizations usually have limited career growth potential.
Advice to Senior Management – None as of now.
